Kristina Statler is a certified birth doula and trained home birth assistant with 20 years experience serving Maui's families. She has created a series of five Easy Birth Sessions that you can pick and choose from to align with the subjects you feel you need the most assistance with. Plus, you can choose private or group sessions, in your home, at the park or in a studio, and make it an easy fit with your schedule.
Each Easy Birth Session is designed to touch on important topics as well as easy to learn stretching, optimal fetal positioning, meditation and hands-on exercises that will leave you feeling empowered, refreshed and confident about your birth.
Kristina Statler is an Author, an ALACE Certified and DONA trained Birth Doula, Apprentice Midwife, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor and Positive Birth Movement Facilitator.
